PROPERTY developer Matrix Concepts Holdings’ “Electrifying Raya Bonanza” campaign has received overwhelming response with 433 properties sold.

The units with a gross development value of RM288mil are in Resort Villa, Suria Heights and Eka Heights in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negri Sembilan.

Describing the campaign as a success, Matrix Concepts co-chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai (pic) said it underscored the group’s strong market insight and agility in addressing evolving consumer needs.

“By offering a diverse range of properties from affordable homes to premium lifestyle residences, the campaign has captured the interest of various buyer segments, including young families, upgraders and high-net-worth individuals.

“The sales performance is a testament not only to the appeal of the group’s developments, but also to the effectiveness of the campaign’s integrated approach with value-driven offerings, festive excitement and enticing rewards,” he said.

The campaign concludes on May 31.

Matrix Concepts will host a grand lucky draw event within the next two months, where lucky purchasers will stand a chance to drive away in an electric car (EV).

Other prizes include smart TVs, vacuum cleaners and various home appliances.

“Electrifying Raya Bonanza” also offers next-generation rewards that provide special incentives for buyers’ children and a loyalty scheme designed to reward returning and referred purchasers.
