New industrial park’s strategic location sees rapid factory sales

PROPERTY developer Azza Mewah Sdn Bhd has launched a 40ha industrial zone development in Senawang near Serem-ban, Negri Sembilan, to provide small and medium-sized enterprises an avenue to set up or expand their businesses.

Kelisa Mewah Industrial Park, located along the Seremban-Tampin stretch, will house 362 cluster, semi-detached and detached factories. The handover for the first phase is expected to take place in 2025.
