Two landowners were served with a notice after tonnes of construction waste were found on vacant land in an operation by Federal Territories Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation (SWCorp).
The 100m by 15m plot in Jalan Sentul Bahagia, part of a mature residential neighbourhood in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, was buried under waste about 0.6m high.
