Jade Pavilion celebrated its second anniversary in conjunction with Chinese New Year at the Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Present were Lumayan Indah Sdn Bhd director Datuk Lee Whay Hoong, Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd (Pavilion Hospitality) director Adrian Ee and Banyan Tree Group general manager Rudy Oretti.

The hotel opened in 2021.

“The hotel’s restaurant showcases Cantonese cuisine honouring tradition.

“Jade Pavilion has served over 100,000 guests, from owners of global retail conglomerates to celebrities and royalty,” said Oretti.

With a breathtaking view from the eighth floor, the event began with an Oriental silk fan dance to welcome guests to the imperial garden of Jade Pavilion.

Then the Shang Sisters took centrestage singing classic Chinese New Year songs with a jazzy spin.

There was also a traditional lion dance to entertain the guests.

Jade Pavilion has a selection of eight private dining rooms, two of which can accommodate up to 20 guests each.

The main dining room seats approximately 40 people.

“As we celebrate the second anniversary, we hope for more landmark moments together with Pavilion in the future,” added Oretti. — By SHASMIETHA ELANGO
