ITALIAN chef Stefano Baiocco, who was named one of the top 100 Chefs in the World this year by The Best Chef Awards, will be the next guest chef at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.
The latest to feature in the hotel’s restaurant takeover series, Baiocco is from the two Michelin-star Villa Feltrinelli in Gargano, Italy.
