KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is ready to combat flash floods if it happens on polling day (Nov 19) for the 15th General Election.

Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Seri Mahadi Che Ngah said DBKL had set up an operations room to monitor rainfall in the city daily.
