NOT too long ago, two non-profit private hospitals in Seremban, Negri Sembilan, were debt-ridden and on the brink of closure.

However, after a new team led by property developer Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock intervened, both hospitals managed to achieve a successful turnaround.
