FLOOD survivor Hasnah Mansor was nearly in tears as she clutched the RM1,000 in financial aid she received under the Bantuan Selangor Bangkit (BSB) scheme.

“It will help me put food on the table. It’s a struggle and times are hard but there is hope. I am grateful to the Selangor government for this cash aid at this time,” added Hasnah, 51, a mother of five, including one who is disabled.
