IT was a night of double celebration for SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) as the developer marked the completion of SkyMeridien Residences and launched Solution+.
As part of the celebration, a media tour was organised at the newly completed SkyMeridien Residences in Sentul East, Kuala Lumpur, for guests to experience the resort-inspired development.
“SkyMeridien is completed on time amid the Covid-19 pandemic and ready for handover to respective owners.
“Perfected for urbanites who aspire to find work-life balance, we are positive that SkyMeridien homeowners will be impressed by the facilities, quality workmanship and the investment made,” said SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng.
SkyMeridien is a residential high-rise consisting of 780 units, with sizes ranging from 581sq ft to 1,318sq ft.
Residents can look forward to enjoying 32 types of facilities such as Olympic-length swimming pool, three unique gym concepts (indoor, outdoor and hydro), arcade game room, lounge and co-working space along with multi-sport facilities featuring rock climbing and a half basketball court.
As a certified green building, SkyMeridien is designed with environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives in mind to save energy and resources.

This development is equipped with an automated waste collection system to promote a cleaner and more hygienic environment while maximum cross ventilation, thermal comfort and daylight analysis have been taken into consideration for the lobby, common corridors and residential units.
The transit-oriented development also has easy access to public transport such as the Sentul Timur LRT Station, which is just 300m away via a covered walkway, and major highways.
In conjunction with the completion of SkyMeridien, SkyWorld launched Solution+, the first ecosystem and enhanced ecommerce platform in Malaysia that connects SkyWorld homeowners and traders.
“Gone are the days where one needs to painstakingly search for contacts, recommendations and price comparison for interior design, renovations, furniture and other home solutions,” said Lee.
“Solution+ is made to address these issues by providing information at your fingertips.
“SkyWorld homeowners are able to enjoy great savings and special packages from our preferred home solutions partners.
“This will also shorten the delivery time thus making shopping convenient anytime, anywhere.
“This platform acts as a creative marketplace for our partners to showcase their products and services too,” he elaborated.

Solution+ partners range from interior design and renovation, furniture and home appliances to telco subscription services, movers, packers and rental services, which include Electrolux, Panasonic, Samsung, Buenos Kitchen, Maju Home Concept, BestMas and Profound Axis.
“During the app’s soft launch earlier this year, SkyWorld received overwhelming response from both its SkyMeridien and SkyAwani 3 purchasers, with sales of over RM2.8mil transacted within a week.
“We strongly believe with the introduction of Solution+, we will be elevating the entire sky-living experience in SkyWorld to a whole new level,” added Lee.
Also in the pipeline for SkyWorld are four projects in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati and Setiawangsa.
