THIRTY-one years in the Johor civil service speaks volumes of the experience Datuk Mohd Noorazam Osman has gained in his illustrious career.

The 13th Johor Baru mayor has held numerous positions, including chief executive officer of a key government-linked company, district officer, positions in the land office and state economic planning unit and even as private secretary to a former Johor mentri besar.
