Twelve DBKL-managed parks now open from 6.30am to 10pm


PARKS managed by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will now be open from 6.30am to 10pm, after the local authority revised opening hours.

DBKL said, in a statement Monday (Dec 20), that the new opening hours for the twelve parks were effective immediately.

The twelve parks are Taman Botani Perdana, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Taman Tasik Manjalara, Taman Tasik Metropolitan Kepong, Taman Tasik Metropolitan Batu, Taman Pudu Ulu, Taman Tasik Ampang Hilir, Taman Datuk Keramat, Taman Kejiranan Air Panas, Taman Tasik Danau Kota and Taman Bukit Jalil.

DBKL, however, cautioned that only recreational activities such as walking and jogging with family members were allowed while group activities such as family days and birthday celebrations are prohibited.
