Mosti engaging stakeholders’ feedback to draw up guidelines

A single agricultural drone can cover 24ha of land in a day, depending on its capacity.

THE Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry (Mosti) will come up with a policy that will encompass all users of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or drones.

Its minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said Mosti, the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and Transport Ministry were in discussions with relevant drone stakeholders from the private sector, including education groups.
