PENANGITES should not let their guard down, although nearly everyone in the state is fully vaccinated, and must continue to practise the new norms to prevent Covid-19 outbreaks, said the Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak.

Even though Penang is now under Phase Three of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) and the interstate travel ban has been lifted, he said it does not mean that the fight against the pandemic has been a success.
