KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is taking a multi-prong approach to solving the pothole problem on city roads. One of it is requiring utility companies to quickly and satisfactorily fix potholes that result from their road digging work.

Otherwise they will get a hefty bill from DBKL for the cost of repairs. Some may even end up losing their security deposits with DBKL.
