FT encourages people to start small businesses with six-month programme

BEGINNING Nov 15, the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan will become "Wilayah Bebas Berniaga" to encourage people to do small businesses.

The programme, announced by the Federal Territories Ministry, will run for six months until April 15.
