Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has launched a new portal called e-COB (Commissioner of Buildings) to streamline the management of matters related to strata properties within its jursidiction.

The web-based system, expected to go live by the end of next month, will ease the recording, storage and processing of data as well as enhance the COB Unit’s role in overseeing the management and maintenance of buildings administered by joint management bodies (JMB) and management corporations (MC).
