LODGING complaints with Bagan MCA is now easier at the touch of the fingers through a newly launched mobile app – Whizzl.

Bagan MCA division chairman Dr Tan Chuan Hong said the social media app, which is free, allows the local community to post their problems to seek assistance.

“There is a group created named ‘MCA Bagan’ and users only need to join the group to post their problems.

“Our members will note the problems and try to advise and help to resolve them as soon as possible, ” he said after launching the app at the division headquarters in Kampung Benggali recently.

Tan, who is also Penang MCA vice-chairman, added that the new initiative allows users to reach out to the party’s division members without the need to see them personally.

“With mobile data and WiFi widely available today, it is more convenient for the public to reach us at anytime from anywhere.

“The app also allows for better tracking of reports lodged, ” he said.

The app is available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
