Senior citizens call for non-tech parking payment option

THE Penang Smart Parking System plan may be well-received by most drivers but senior citizens are not too keen on relying on technology to pay for parking at council lots.

Among them was septuagenarian Albert Cheah, who opined that the new system would not make paying for parking “any easier” for senior citizens like him.
