Task force still looking into congestion at CIQ complex

JOHOR BARU: The task force overseeing congestion in the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar (BSI) Customs, Immigration and Quarantine complex wants the counters for electronic payments to be merged with the Immigration counters.

Chairman Andrew Chen Kah Eng said currently, the booths for paying both the Road Charge (RC) and toll for cars were located about 4m from the Immigration counters.
