A food outlet for toddlers and adults – Squeeeze Me Baby, has introduced new and enhanced e-commerce platform, an online store to provide improved service and a seamless shopping experience for its customers.
Squeeeze Me Baby is a homegrown fresh baby food business that offers busy parents and individuals easy access to tasty and healthy food for babies, children and adults.
Founder Ann Yeap said, “The inspiration behind the baby food business was my three-year-old son Austin Lim, who suffers from digestive problem and various food allergies since young.
“As a new mother, I used to be constantly worried about how difficult it was to find fresh, nutritious food for my baby boy and I realised that there were not many options for me to find baby food that contained zero preservatives and additives in the market.
“By the time he reached six months old, my husband and I were determined to give him only natural and nutrient-rich food.
“I resorted to pureeing fruits and vegetable blends for him myself because I could never be sure of what goes into pre-packaged products,” added Yeap during the official launch at the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya.
Her puree blends soon gained popularity among fellow mums in her network and this convinced her to put her blends onto the market, and that was how Squeeeze Me Baby began.
To make its food pouches more accessible, the store has also upped its online delivery service for busy parents or individuals on the go, by providing them the convenience of nutritionist-recommended meals from its fruit-and-veggie pouches, including savoury options for both toddlers and adults alike.
Besides, the enhanced online store will be offering web-only exclusive discounts and easy online orders with a delivery reach encompassing the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor.
“Parents today are juggling many things at once and may not have the time, resources or energy to make everything from scratch for their babies.
“Working adults too, have similar challenges, making it difficult to eat or snack healthy.
“Our delivery service supports busy parents and individuals by providing them the convenience that frees up a little bit of their time, without compromising their healthy diet,” Yeap explained.
She said they have always emphasised cleanliness, quality and freshness which necessitates 100% transparency from the raw ingredients right up to the clear BPA-approved squeeze pouches that go out to customers.
Also present at the launch was Child and Family Development specialist Racheal Kwacz.
The food pouches, priced from RM13.90 per pack, are available at its online store.
The store has divided its menus into three categories – baby, toddler and grown-ups.
Nutritious jars and savoury items have recently been added to its current menu.
