TRADERS at the Seri Petaling market in Jalan Radin Bagus, Kuala Lumpur received a pleasant surprise yesterday when Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Loga Bala Mohan and Seputeh MCA vice-chairman Banie Chin distributed mandarin oranges and red carnations to them.
