THE drainage system in Lebuh McNair in Penang will be upgraded in April as part of the RM400,000 flood mitigation project for the area.

Tanjong MP Ng Wei Aik hoped the project, which is scheduled for completion within six months, could reduce the flooding in Lebuh McNair, Jalan Magazine and the surrounding areas.
