Nearly 150 units of i-City’s Parisien Tower taken up over the weekend

THE COMING implementation of GST on April 1 did not deter housebuyers from travelling to i-City, Shah Alam, to purchase i-City’s latest project, Parisien Tower @ i-City, last weekend.

Modelled after chic, French-styled homes, the second block of i-City’s themed residential towers prompted many to open their cheque books and make a booking due to its attractive combination of great location, proximity to facilities and amenities, affordability and the unique style of its decor.

Just under 150 units, or around 40%, was snapped up over the two days.

Parisien Tower @ i-City offers 350 apartments ranging in size from 466 sq ft to 769 sq ft, with prices starting from RM380,000.

Each unit comes fully furnished with chic interior design, and includes kitchen cabinets with hood and hob, wardrobes, bed sets, air conditioners, TV and other interior furnishings.

Prior to the two-day launch event, i-City had welcomed many who dropped in at i-Gallery to catch a glimpse of i-City’s latest show unit.

I-Bhd director Monica Ong says Parisien Tower has done well despite the upcoming implementation of GST due to the fact that it had a unique theme, was affordable and offered great features.

“The project presents a great opportunity whereby residents will live within a MSC Cybercentre location and close to the upcoming 1.5mil sq ft Central Plaza Mall @ i-City by Thai developer Central Pattana PCL and the world-renown Hilton Hotel,” she says.

Residents of Parisien Tower will enjoy direct access via a dedicated pedestrian walkway to Central Plaza Mall’s plethora of retail, dining and entertainment outlets when both projects are completed.

“Residents will also have easy connectivity through various transportation links such as the Federal Highway with direct flyover into i-City, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Guthrie Corridor Expressway, the proposed West Coast Highway and the Light Rapid Transit Route 3 – i-City station, “ Ong said.

Parisien Tower, aimed at young urbanites and couples who prefer a cosmopolitan lifestyle, is expected to be completed in 2018, while Central Plaza Mall should see completion in 2017.
