Taking inspiration from Anya Hindmarch’s Spring Summer 2018 Collection called ‘Absurbia’, executive pastry chef Antony Hoyle has prepared a stylish set with spotlight on the new ‘Chubby Collection’, featuring pillow clutch and chubby heart. The menu includes Vanilla Rose Meringues, Fried Egg Sea Salt Caramel Lollipop, Chubby Smiley Chocolate Cupcake, Chicken Salad Waldorf Style on Walnut Brioche and Smoked Salmon, Lemon Chive Cream an Baby Asparagus Sandwich.
