Delectable buffetMelting Pot Cafe at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be lining up a delectable spread for Deepavali. The buffet dinner on Oct 17 highlights Chicken Pudina, Lamb Paratel, Fish Tandoori, Spiced Squid and Aloo Ghobi Spinach, served alongside Chicken Cacciatore, Fish Wellington, Stir-fried Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk, Braised Fish with Four Season Vegetable, and assorted sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki. The high-tea on Oct 18 offers Indian delights such as with Devil Chicken Curry, Lamb Masala, Prawn Man Ban, Paneer Mushroom, idli, tosai, payasam, coconut candy, kesari and murukku. Indian delicaciesSunway Resort Hotel & Spa is celebrating the Festival of Lights with an array of Indian delicacies at The Resort Cafe. Available on Oct 18 from noon to 3pm, the Deepavali buffet lunch is priced at RM78 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child. The menu includes Ghee Rice with Cashew Nut and Raisin, Coconut and Pepper Lamb Masala, Chettinad Chicken Varuval, Squid Perettal and Roasted Tandoori Chicken, as well as a variety of tosai such as masala tosai, cheese tosai, egg tosai and rava tosai.
