Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur has unveiled its new Imperial Jade Chinese Restaurant, run in partnership with Haji Sharin Low. The Chinese Muslim restaurant’s a la carte menu includes Szechuan Hot and Sour Crab Meat Soup, Signature Beancurd Coated with Salted Egg Yolk, Yam Basket Kam Heong Chicken, Braised Sea Cucumber with Assorted Mushroom, Sang Har Mee with Fresh Water King Prawn, Stir-fried Scallop with Assorted Seafood, and Crispy Roasted Duck. Prices range from RM16 nett to RM168 nett per portion, with a 30% discount offer until the end of September. There are three set menus, with prices ranging from RM688 to RM1,288 for a table of 10.
