IT seems like they’ve been here for a long time but Johnny Rockets, the renowned All-American casual dining restaurant brand, has actually only been in Malaysia since late 2013.
In less than two years, there are now six successful outlets in the Klang Valley. With two more outlets (in Parkson Maju Junction and Perda City Mall) opening in the next two months, this brings the total number of outlets to eight.
Its popularity has also made Malaysia one of Johnny Rockets’ top-performing markets in the world.
Keeping up with the times, especially with the recent introduction of GST, Johnny Rockets has just introduced smaller-sized burgers to cater to budget-conscious diners.
These burgers are 25% cheaper, ideal for light eaters. and still come with sides of coleslaw and fries.
There are also pasta dishes on promotion at 25% discount.
These products that are priced lower will also make Johnny Rockets reach out to a wider customer base.
With over 28 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Johnny Rockets is committed to staying one step ahead of the latest industry trends.
Diners can always expect something fun and innovative from a brand that stays true to its all-American heritage.
Keeping its promise to serve the best burgers in town, Johnny Rockets has also introduced a new and vastly improved patty made from imported beef moulded by hand into balls.
At the outlets, these are placed on the grill then “smashed” into shape to help release the flavour of the meat and ensure you get the “Maillard Reaction” for a perfectly seared crispy outer layer and moist, juicy inner side. Johnny Rockets also offers chicken patties.
Besides new offerings, Johnny Rockets is still serving up the all-American food it is famous for.
Adding fresh twists to classic burgers, Johnny Rockets Malaysia has launched many innovative burgers, too.
The Asian Burger uses a horseradish mayo to exude an Asian flavour, Salmon Burger provides an alternative to meat and Patty Steak is great for the “carbohydrate-conscious”.
Garnering a crowd of avid patrons since 1986, Johnny Rockets’ milkshakes are a must-try.
To cater to Malaysian taste buds, Johnny Rockets Malaysia has successfully blended the king of fruits into its famous milkshake. The Durian Oreo Milkshake is now permanently on the menu. There is also a Mango Milkshake.
Complementing the amazing food is the great atmosphere unique to Johnny Rockets.
Another unique selling point is the dance routines to tunes from the 1950s to the 1980s by the Rocketeers every 30 minutes; and its simple, great-tasting food menu is timeless.
Johnny Rockets is also arriving soon in Penang at Perda City Mall – its first outlet in the northern region.
AUM Hospitality (AUMH), the master developer of Johnny Rockets in Malaysia, is also proud to announce that Johnny Rockets will be included in its upcoming new “Food Hall” concept, which allows customers to order food from different restaurants but dine in a common seating area.
This concept, which is all the hype in the United States and European countries, should not be confused with a food court as you will get the extensive menu of four different internationally renowned restaurants.
