SIBU: The Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) is among six local authorities selected by the State Local Government and Housing Ministry to run the LA Serve Squad pilot project.

The others are Bintulu Development Authority, Padawan Municipal Council, Samarahan Municipal Council, Sri Aman District Council and Miri City Council.
