JOHOR BARU: The number of litterbugs in the city centre had declined significantly since the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) enforcement personnel went undercover to nab offenders, said Johor Baru mayor A. Rahim Nin.

He said going undercover was effective as litterbugs did not realise their act was being recorded by the council’s enforcement personnel who wear high-definition sunglasses.
