Semiconductor maker signs collective agreement with workers union


SEMICONDUCTOR company Unisem (M) Bhd recently signed a collective agreement with its in-house workers’ union, Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Unisem.

Unisem Human Resource Senior Manager Alan Tan said the union was set up in 2011 to foster industrial harmony between the company and employees to improve matters affecting the terms and conditions of service for employees.
