Seventy workers homeless after fire

Forty-eight worker houses were destroyed in the blaze.

MIRI: Firemen fought a big blaze and managed to stop fire from ravaging the entire row of worker quarters at a factory in Kuala Baram industrial estate, 30km from here.

Forty-eight houses were destroyed in the incident which left at least 70 workers homeless.
