THE Association of Water and Energy Research Malaysia (AWER) president S. Piarapakaran says water consumption in the Klang Valley is higher than needed.
“The World Health Organisation states that we need only 165l per capita per day, but here, we use more than 200l, with some areas recording 230l a day,” he said.
