Subang Jaya bids farewell to its sixth council president

WHEN you search for Subang Jaya’s Municipal Council’s (MPSJ) sixth president Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan online, one of the first things to pop up is a photograph of him in plain clothes riding a bicycle in Taipan, USJ 10, inspecting the cleanliness of its back alleys.
