Abdul Mutalip: Zakat fitrah must be paid before the end of Ramadan

JOHOR BARU: Foreign Muslims working in Johor are not exempted from paying their zakat fitrah and it is obligatory for them to pay their dues in Johor instead of in their country of origin.

State Islamic Religious Affairs committee chairman Abdul Mutalip Abd Rahim said this was because they work and reside in Johor and receive their monthly salaries here.
