BEING a polio victim has not stopped Lee Sin Kok, 48, from helping and changing the lives of hundreds of special needs people.

The wheelchair-bound training unit manager of Eden Handicap Service Centre said he was not a professionally or academically trained teacher to deal with the disabled but he could handle some 70 trainees, aged between 18 and 40 years, with various disabilities.
