KOTA KINABALU: A rideshare driver, who was alleged to have exposed his genitals to a housewife on Monday, is also being investigated for using his private vehicle as public transport.
Kota Kinabalu City police chief Asst Comm M. Chandra said that they were carrying out a probe for contravening traffic laws under Section 33 of the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board Act 1987 for illegally providing public transport without a permit.
