SIBU: 2016 has been a fruitful year for Sibu Municipal Council (SMC), said its chairman Datuk Tiong Thai King.
Speaking at the council meeting, Tiong said despite the lack of development fund, the council continued to serve the people by providing basic maintenance of infrastructure, facilities, landscaping and municipal services.
