THE small tributary of Sungai Semenyih that runs from Sungai Langat into the Semenyih dam was in the news for the wrong reasons on too many occasions this year.
Numerous contamination incidents occurred along the river, leading to a series of water cuts that affected hundreds of thousands of residents from as far as Puchong and Subang Jaya.
