CONSUMERS are angry that no prior notice was given regarding the scheduled water disruption in the Klang Valley and, worse still, that this should have happened at time when many were preparing to celebrate Christmas.
“I didn’t know my area was going to be affected. It wasn’t even mentioned in the Syabas website,” said Shyam Priah, 42, the founder of Yellow House KL.
