THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) hopes to create quality jobs and improve the people’s living standard through its Local Economic Development (LED) training.
Its president Datuk Maimunah Mohd Shariff said the training was meant to introduce the LED concept to the government officials and members of Malaysia Associa-tion of Local Authorities (Mala).
