New pearl in the mainland

The modern double-storey terrace homes of Pearl Saujana are the latest component of the vibrant Pearl City township in mainland Penang.

PEARL Saujana, the latest residential development in Tambun Indah Land Bhd Group’s vibrant Pearl City Township, is now open for registration.

The project is located in south Seberang Prai in mainland Penang. It comprises double-storey terrace houses, each with a built-up footprint of 20ft x 40ft and an overall land size of 20ft x 60ft.
