SPECIAL children at Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa (Perkis) can now learn some basic skills at the newly opened workshop in the centre.
MCA secretary-general Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan said the workshop would serve as an additional space for the students to earn additional income.
