THE Raja Muda of Perlis has asked Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to consider establishing a branch or conduct a few special programmes in Perlis to create a stronger synergy between the state and university.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Ibni Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail said USM is an apex university with a long-established experience and expertise in science and technology as well as other fields.
