THE DAP-led Penang government approved the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for the controversial Cassia Resort Condominium (Block A) project.
Penang MCA secretary Dr Tan Chuan Hong said that the CCC for Cassia Condominium Blocks B and A had been approved in September 2008 and October 2009 respectively.
