Too many puppies, too few homes

The puppies up for adoption have been dewormed and given their first vaccinations.

FOR the past seven years, canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB) has been conducting adoption drives every Sunday.

However, the number of streets puppies has been steadily increasing but unfortunately the number of adoptions are on the decline.
