ODD-job workers who are forced to accept a meagre wage after being laid off at factories in Port Klang and Klang because of tough economic times, are turning to soup kitchens to make ends meet.

Our Lady of Lourdes (OLL) Church’s Ave Maria Soup Kitchen coordinator Racheal Stanilaus said soup kitchens in Port Klang and Klang were seeing an increase in the number of people queuing for food.
