Drains near flats not maintained for over a decade

The thick undergrowth has covered the drain surrounding the perimeter of the Sri Pulau Pinang flats in Jalan Ikan Emas, Cheras.

DRAINS and sewage pipes in the Sri Pulau Pinang flats in Jalan Ikan Emas, Cheras, are in dire need of an upgrade.

Resident P. Samy, 68, said the drains surrounding the perimeter of the flats had not been cleaned or maintained for more than a decade.
