STARTING this month, developers and project consultants are now required to submit their plans to the Ipoh City Council (MBI) online, following the introduction of the new One Stop Centre (OSC) online system.
Ipoh mayor Datuk Zamri Man said this new system enabled the electronic submission of development proposal plans and technical agencies were able to review them online.
