Joggers and visitors fearful as lax security causes rise in crime cases

AN attempted robbery at Taman Tasik Metropolitan Kepong has alerted joggers and park visitors on the absence of proper surveillance in the area.

Fong Pei Ying, 46, was accosted by a man wielding what she described as a long kitchen knife after a morning run by the lake at the park at about 8.15am on June 16.
