JOHOR BARU: About 1,000 schoolchildren were present at a movie screening of the Bukit Kepong police station tragedy in an effort to create awareness on events that occurred 66 years ago.

Students from SMK Taman Universiti, SMK Gelang Patah, SMK Taman Sutera and others watched two hours of screening about the history where communists attacked the police station located near the riverbanks of Muar on Feb 23, 1950.
